At Grace Life Center, we have recently launched our Life In The Spirit Seminars, a seven-week course that will introduce participants to a life lived under the grace and power of God available to all in the Holy Spirit. The seminar helps participants discover the power and passion God has made available so that we can live our life to the fullest.
The course is adapted from Life In The Spirit Seminars which was used to powerfully introduce nominal Roman Catholics and other church goers to Jesus and to the Baptism of the in the 1970s and 1980s. Participating in this Life In The Spirit Seminar will enable you
- Establish, re-establish or deepen your personal relationship with Jesus.
- Teach you how to yield to the power of the Holy Spirit in so that you can begin to experience His presence daily.
- Teach you how to partner with the Holy Spirit as he works in you and works through you.
- Teach you how to make use of the effective means of growth available to you as a Christians.
- Show you how to face life’s challenges together with other Christians and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
The seminars are a series of talks, discussions and daily bible studies and interactions with participants which take place over a period of seven weeks. In the fifth week of the seminar, there is an opportunity for people to be prayed with to in order to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. The four weeks before that time are devoted to an explanation of the basic Christian message of salvation and of what it means to be baptized in the Spirit. During the final two weeks, the teaching is oriented towards further growth in the life of the spirit. Topics covered include:

- Week 2 – Problem of Sin & Salvation
- Week 3 – The New Life In Christ
- Week 4 – Receiving The Gift of God
- Week 5 – The Baptism In The Holy Spirit
- Week 6 – Growth
- Week 7 – Transformation in Christ
- A Finding New Life In the Spirit Guidebook – this book will provide the daily readings, activities, and other information to help the participant develop a relationship with Jesus on their own.
- The Spiritual Gifts & How To Grow In Them Booklet – this is a short booklet describing in details several spiritual gifts, what they mean and how one can grow in them.
- Access to Spiritual Gifts Test website where they can take a survey to discern possible areas where the gifts of the Holy Spirit is most prominent in their lives (http://gracelifecenter.giftstest.com)
- For those who may not have, an NLT or TEV English Bible
- A checklist of 7 practical activities to be completed during the course such as praying for a sick person, prophesying over someone, evangelism etc.
